If you purchase a license and it isn’t right for you, request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date and we will refund 100% of the license fee. No justification is required, though we always appreciate knowing what didn’t fit.
How to request
Email support@wpmedicaldirectory.com from your account email with your order number, or use the refund option in your Freemius account dashboard. Refunds are processed by Freemius, our merchant of record, to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
What happens after a refund
Your license keys are deactivated and premium admin features and updates stop. The public directory pages you built keep rendering, consistent with how the plugin handles any lapsed license.
Renewals
The 14-day window applies to new purchases; we send a renewal reminder before each renewal so you can cancel in advance. You can disable auto-renewal at any time in your account.
Scope
The guarantee applies to license purchases made on wpmedicaldirectory.com or through our Freemius checkout. It does not apply to purchases made from third parties.
