I Need Leads LLC makes one thing, for one job: an accurate, accessible provider directory that patients and AI assistants can actually use.
Why we built it
The problem was never the page
Our founder spent more than ten years in the two disciplines a provider directory really comes down to — healthcare SEO (how patients find your providers) and database management (how provider data stays accurate and clean). Across those years, one pattern kept repeating: organizations poured money into directories that ranked for a keyword while the phones stayed quiet and the records drifted out of date.
The ranking was never the real problem. The problem was the architecture underneath the page — a list gives a machine nothing to confirm, and no theme on the shelf was built to fix that for healthcare. So we built the thing that was missing, specifically for the healthcare vertical, rather than bending a general business-directory tool into a medical shape.

Accuracy comes from the source
Provider identity is pulled from the federal NPI registry, not your spelling. The data your credentialing team already trusts, without the retyping.
Findability is structural
Search runs on entity resolution, not keywords. A connected graph of confirmed facts gets found where a flat list stays invisible.
Accessibility is first-class
WCAG 2.1 AA is emitted with every patient-facing page, not stacked on afterward. It’s how the pages are built.
Own it, don’t rent it
A plugin on your own site and your own database. If a license lapses, your public directory keeps rendering. No vendor lock-in.

WP Medical Directory is a premium WordPress plugin for physician, clinic, and healthcare directories — four healthcare-native entity types, federal NPI enrichment, bidirectional AI-search schema, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, and agent automation through the WordPress Abilities API and MCP. It’s a funded, maintained product with ongoing updates, not a template that shipped once and went quiet.
